How much do pavers cost?
It depends on square footage, access, site prep and the paver you pick, so we quote after seeing the project. Estimates are free and come with no pressure. The best first step is comparing materials full size in our showroom.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every estimate is free, whether it is a full driveway or a small repair. Call (941) 922-2442 or send the form on our contact page.
How long does an installation take?
Most residential projects take 2 to 5 working days once material is on site. Driveways with concrete removal run longer than patios. We give you a schedule with the estimate and tell you if anything changes it.
How often should pavers be sealed in Florida?
Every 2 to 3 years. Sun, summer rain and irrigation break sealer down faster here than up north. A proper service is clean, re-sand, then seal. More on our cleaning and sealing page.
Do you handle small repairs?
Yes. Sunken spots, loose edges and broken pavers are a normal part of our week, and no job is too small. See how re-leveling works on our paver repair page.

What warranty comes with the work?
A one year workmanship warranty on our installation, on top of the manufacturer warranties that come with the pavers themselves.
Do I have to visit the showroom?
No, but it helps. Colors read differently in person than on a screen. You can see full-size displays, pattern samples, and borrow real samples to color match at home. Walk-ins are welcome at 4801 S Tamiami Trail, Suite #2B, Sarasota.
Is there a military discount?
Yes. Active military and veterans receive a discount. Mention it when you call.
Can pavers go over my existing concrete?
Often, yes. On pool decks and patios a sound slab can take thin pavers laid right over it, which saves demolition. We check the slab first. More on our pool decks page.
