Why pavers beat concrete in Florida
Concrete slabs crack in Florida. Sun, rain and settling soil see to it, and a cracked slab can only be patched or replaced whole. A paver driveway moves with the ground. Individual pavers can be lifted and reset if a sprinkler line breaks or a root pushes through, and the surface never has to be torn out to fix one spot.
We install driveway-rated pavers, 60 mm and up, from Belgard, Tremron, Tri Circle and Flagstone. For driveways, darker colors and blends hide tire marks well, and our leveling and drainage work keeps the surface flat and draining the right way. See the options on our pattern guide.
Clay brick holds its color because the color is fired in, not applied to the surface. We install true clay brick and brick-look concrete pavers, and we can show you the difference side by side in the showroom.
Third-car pads, golf cart paths and wider approaches. We match existing pavers when the line is still made, and show you alternatives when it is not. We have samples you can take home to color match.
Full concrete-to-paver conversions are most of what we do. The old slab comes out and the base goes in right. If your community requires HOA paperwork, we have handled it many times.

How much does a paver driveway cost vs concrete?
Pavers cost more up front than a poured slab and less over the life of the driveway, because repairs happen by the stone instead of by the slab. Cost per square foot depends on the selection of material, pattern, and scope of work. A free on-site estimate gets you an exact number in writing.
How long does installation take?
Most residential driveways take 3 to 5 working days from demo to cleanup, weather permitting. You get a schedule before we start and a call if anything changes it.
Do you handle HOA and permit requirements?
Yes. Many Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and surrounding communities require architectural approval for driveway changes. We provide the drawings and product sheets your board asks for.
Can you extend or widen my existing paver driveway?
Usually, yes. If your paver line is still manufactured we blend new into old. If it has been discontinued we will show you border and band designs that make the addition look intentional.
